There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how Ashley works.
Ashley has been a REALTOR® since 1993 and as a Baltimore area real estate professional, she has also found that providing the very best service is essentially about ‘putting clients first’. This means being accessible seven days a week, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This “client first” philosophy has always been her approach and it requires Ashley to continually improve her skills and ways of doing business. In addition, using the latest technologies enables her to do everything she always did, only much more quickly and efficiently. It has helped extend the range of services provided to her clients.
In 2022, Ashley changed company affiliations to become a Vice-President at Monumnet Sotheby's International Realty, which has become a premier company for elite clients in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Ashley has maintained her Top Agent status with sales in excess of $32 million a year. She strives to make each client feel like they are her only client.
Ashley’s dedication extends to her professional and local community as well. She has served as an officer on the board of the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS®, serves on the RPAC, Political Action, Membership & Education committees and is a board member of the GBBR Charitable Foundation of the Board also. She has been the past Treasurer and vice President of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association, Ltd. and the past President of the Baltimore Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, a National REALTOR® organization. Professional designations include CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) along with the national, state and local designation of REALTOR®. Ashley has also a graduated from the GBBR Leadership Academy. Ashley was also recognized by her peers as the “Distinguished REALTOR® of the Year 2014”, “REALTOR® of the Year 2018” awarded from the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS®, "2020 Community Service Award" from GBBR & Baltimore Magazine "Best of Baltimore - Top Realtor Recognition 2023".
Growing up in Stoneleigh has given Ashley an affinity for her former neighborhood. She continues as an event sponsor of the Stoneleigh Community Association and the local Marines ‘Toys for Tots’ campaign coordinator at the Long & Foster Lake Roland office. Ashley is currently the president of the Dulaney Forest Community Association.
Ashley is a graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA. Locally she attended Stoneleigh Elementary, Dumbarton Middle and Towson High School. She enjoys walking & exercising with her dog, Bunny, a Chesapeake Bay retriever.
